Beth
McKinnon, CPCC is co-founder of Accessing
Success, LLC. She began her coaching career ten years ago coaching speakers
and trainers for a global educational organization and began specializing
in executive coaching after receiving her CPCC Certified Professional
Co-active Coach status from the Coaches Training Institute. She is a
member of the International Coach Federation and a graduate of the internationally
acclaimed CTI Leadership Program in California. Her career history includes
heading up the global teachings department for SYDA Foundation, an educational
organization teaching the art of achieving mental clarity and inner direction
as a means for reaching one’s full potential. She has given workshops
in England, Spain, France and Italy as well as in many locations in the
U.S. Beth has hundreds of hours of coaching experience with CEO’s, stockbrokers,
mortgage brokers, business owners, coaches, real estate investors and
entrepreneurs. Beth’s coaching is designed to help her clients discover
and overcome their personal obstacles and move into the inspired high-energy
action necessary to compel them forward to success. She is a speaker
and trainer with an active schedule of seminars and workshops.
As a cancer survivor, Beth has a firm belief that true success comes
only through balance in all areas of life. She brings wisdom, depth,
energy and humor to her work which result in paradigm shifts for her
clients
Beth enjoys painting, hiking, swimming and coaching “at risk’ kids
for her local mentoring project.

Katherine
Elliott is co-founder of Accessing Success, LLC. She has spent
her career developing, building, and managing successful business operations.
A true visionary, Kathy has demonstrated the ability to examine multiple
variables and develop and execute solutions to complex issues. Working
with Fortune 500 companies has given her the opportunity to identify the
demands placed on corporate executives. Through this experience, she has recognized the value of sharing her
knowledge of entrepreneurial and management coaching as well as her own
real life transformation. Kathy captivates and excites individuals and
audiences with her dynamic presence and unique approach through individual
consultation, tele-course and seminars. Her passion to inspire belief
in individuals and businesses to achieve a true connection to the success
already inherit within, drives the philosophy of Accessing Success.

Renée S. Jones is a trainer, motivational speaker and
performance mentor. She is experienced in working with executives and
corporate groups in the arena of leadership, sales and business
development. Renee trains sales professionals of various backgrounds on
the topics of targeted marketing and business plans, personal brand
strategy, sales call reluctance, lead generation, account/territory
alignment, sales presentations, one-on-one tactical selling,
personality-based selling and monitoring sales results. Ms. Jones offers
extensive expertise in Tactical Sales Training, classroom and web-based
learning platforms, facilitation, delivery, and course and content
development. During her 10+ year background in sales, she was
responsible for 120MM annualized production volume and for developing a
national sales platform for a fortune 500 leader. Renée's unique set of skills combine her personal sales success with her
gift for motivational speaking and training. Renee inspires others to
think outside of the box and to live with passion.
She is married, has two dogs and enjoys reading, traveling and spending
time with her friends.

Susan
Norton, M.A., M.S., CPCC is certified as a Professional Co-Active
Coach through the Coaches Training Institute. She holds degrees in Sociology,
Anthropology and Counseling Psychology. Susan has been coaching and consulting
with business professionals, educators and therapists for over twenty
years. Her clients have included state government, Fortune 500 companies,
start-ups, non-profits and schools. Combining her managerial background
at a Fortune 500 company with her experience in counseling, Susan started
her own consulting company to work with small businesses, universities
and non-profits. She helped clients build strong teams by developing
training uniquely tailored to each organization's specific requirements.
She has presented at numerous national conferences regarding her research
on psychology traits. Susan's mission is to help her clients attain their personal and professional
goals as well as achieve work/life balance. Susan believes that we are
all unique, filled with marvelous gifts and capable of expressing those
gifts through the life we choose to create. She believes we each have the
ability to create the life we want. Susan specializes in working with major
life changes including career change, relationship transitions and retirement.
Commuting between Cape Cod and the Gulf Coast of Florida, she enjoys painting
the beauty of nature of both seashores. Susan is committed to and involved
with maintaining the incredible natural beauty of the Cape while helping
grow the local economy.
